At Bold + Blessed, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality custom and made-to-order apparel designed specifically for our customers. Due to the unique and personalized nature of these products, we have established the following policy to ensure clarity and consistency in our business practices.
1. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
- All apparel items that are custom-designed, personalized, and/or made-to-order are tailored specifically to the customer’s specifications, including but not limited to size, color, design, or custom embroidery.
- Products that are made to order are crafted exclusively for each customer based on their provided details, and therefore, are non-returnable.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
- Custom Orders: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or made-to-order apparel, including items with personalized text, custom designs, or adjustments to standard sizing or color.
- Sizing: We strongly encourage customers to carefully review size charts, measurements, and garment details before placing an order. We are happy to assist with any questions related to sizing or fit prior to purchase.
3. Exceptions to the No Returns Policy
While we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made items, we do understand that situations may arise where a product is defective or there was an error in the production process. We carefully inspect all items to try to avoid any errors or defects. In these cases, please refer to our Defective or Incorrect Product Policy:
- If your custom or made-to-order item is defective or differs from your original order, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item.
- We may request photographic evidence of the defect or error in order to assess the situation.
- If the defect or error is confirmed, we will offer replacement of the item.
4. Cancellation of Orders
- Custom and made-to-order items can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will no longer be accepted, as production and customization of the product may have already begun.
5. Customer Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all order details, including size, design, color, and other customizations, are accurate at the time of purchase.
- If there is uncertainty about sizing or design, we recommend reaching out to our customer support team before placing the order.
